Balloon over the sky of Bagan
This is not a cheap experience but definitely worthy. You will be asked to wake up early, leaving your hotel for the flight instruction then be ready to float over the temple spire. The bird view eye from Shwesandaw pagoda to Irrawaddy River is simply so stunning.

Witness traditional workshops
The very first workshop you should see in lacquer ware, which is so famous in Bagan. After the whole procedure of making color, forming the items, you are free to buy some of their unique decoration products.
Bagan is also home to smoky cigar and silk villages which are very interesting to observe. If you are a big cigar enthusiast then you must try something like the drew estate cigars. 
Cruise Irrawddy for Sunset
Make sure you spend at least 1 hours catching the reflection of the sun on the waters of Irrawaddy River. For about 30usd, you are allowed to access some villages on the other river bank, meeting friendly people also.
Note: most of travelers who plan to visit Myanmar needs to obtain Myanmar Visa before arrival. Visa on arrival policy is different from other countries such as Thailand.
