What is the purpose of making a will?

This is a question that is frequently asked. What exactly is the objective of making a will? What motivates us to do this?

Making a will is a very personal decision to make. It is not my responsibility to persuade someone that they should prepare a will. To be honest, I created a will because I believe it is a gesture of concern and affection for the individuals who would be left behind after I pass away. Other folks are motivated by different factors. Some of these reasons for making a will have already been discussed elsewhere on this site.

What is child-inclusive mediation and how does it work?

The possibility (and frequently the wisdom) for parents’ children to speak with the mediator while they are using mediation (and maybe even when they are not) to talk about what happens next for them and their child(ren), in light of their separation, exists. This gives the youngster the opportunity to have a say in what will happen next in the situation. (more…)

How to write a good resume?

Without basic application documents, including CVs, today it is difficult to imagine how you can get a job. To stand out from the competition, it is worth taking your CV seriously. What elements should be included and what is better to omit in order to present yourself to a future employer in the best possible light? A few valuable tips can be found in the guide below.

First and foremost: Reliability

You need to put a lot of effort into writing a good resume. In a time when the most popular way to communicate with a company is electronically, a resume is the first (and in many cases the last) document an employer has to deal with. A competently written curriculum vitae is a pass to the further stages of the recruiting and interview process, where you can present yourself to the recruiter in all your glory.

As for chronology, the information should be presented in reverse order, that is, from the newest to the oldest. (more…)
